    • An order is considered confirmed and processed only after full payment is received.

  2. No Order Holds:

    • We cannot reserve any items or hold orders without a completed payment.

  3. Payment Includes Shipping:

    • The total order amount includes the cost of shipping.

  4. Sales Items:

    • Items purchased on sale may have minor imperfections but are still considered wearable.
